Returns & Exchanges for Pre-Order

1. Returns for change in size are accepted, changes for style or colour are not accepted.
2. In the event of return of goods, please contact us at tas@tomabangsaufi.com or 012-875 0899 within 3 days of receiving the goods. Our staff will advise you on the next steps to be taken.
3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the goods.
4. Customers may opt for a refund in the form of store credit, or exchange for another item. In the event that the item is of a higher value, the customer will have to top up the balance.
5. Kindly allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange requests failing to meet our requirements.
6. Return shipping is borne by the customer. We are not liable for any loss/damages until the parcel is received.
